DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan monthly the calendar and regional needs, overseeing the development of new campaigns concepts and new branding concepts
• In charge of handling and analyzing the advertising campaigns and monitoring the brand quality.
• Develop integrated marketing proposals across a variety of selling categories
• Work with inter-department to support digital efforts, including content, commerce, social media, and PR
• Present findings regularly with management, and marketing team colleagues to influence future strategy development and drive action
• Monitors feedback from the customers to the launching of new products and also the brand efforts.
• Responsible for the branding and marketing of new products.
• Oversee the work of the subordinates and ensure that they perform the task in the correct fashion.
• Develop expertise at a category and client level and share knowledge and best practices across the larger marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Marketing or any Fashion related course.
• With strong background in FMCG, skin care, baby products
• Ability to understand the psychology of people and their choices.
• Ability to interact skillfully with the team and the customers.
• Great organizational and coordinating skills
