• Identifying business requirements, and facilitating the prioritization of areas of opportunity for growth and efficiency in E-commerce flow and procedures
• Analyzing, advising, and developing solutions to e-commerce systems and process improvements
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support the day-to-day 3PL business operations.
• Oversee warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage, stock control, inventory management, develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, product handling systems analyzing process workflow, and implementing changes by contributing recommendations and following policies.
• Review the current inventory and replenishment processes across e Commerce accounts and improve operational efficiency.
• Cascade the appropriate standard operating procedure of activities and process improvement related to e-commerce fulfillment to achieve performance targets.
