Job Description:

• Provide academic support and train Sales team/Distributors
• Receive and respond inquiries from customers (distributors, accounts).
• Manage and solve customer’s complaint on application related matters (distributors, accounts).
• Prepare customer bulletin and troubleshooting letters for distribution to customers on application related updates and issues.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineer to promptly resolve technical and application related issues.
• Support Sales team in presentations/evaluation
• Prepare a presentation and attend exhibitor’s/ international SA meetings
• Prepare all convention materials, catalogs review and revision
• Manage company accounts on SNS and share information once a week
• Research and report main source of documents, references requested by Sales/accounts
• Inquire to academic team of head office in Japan
• Assist/help/relieve Sales in product presentations and product demonstrations
• Data verification and evaluation of products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technologist
• Registered Medical Technologist is a must.
• 2-3 years of experience as Medical Technologist in IVD Field Specifically in Urine or Blood in Hospital Laboratory
• Business English writing and speaking skills
• Must have a driving license
• Willing to travel for business trips nationwide

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
