Assistant Marketing Manager

Pasay

Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
  • To assist/spearhead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of localized and general client promotions to either acquire, retain or generate an increase in overall sales transactions
  • Manage a marketing communication function, overseeing a 2-member team to support B2B Sales and Corporate Sales
  • Plan, propose, and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to increase transactions for local and international flights, hotel accommodations, and holiday packages for B2B Sales and Corporate Sales
  • Manage integrated marketing communications activities in email marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, print media, advertising, and public relations
  • Organize or join events to acquire clients for B2B or Corporate accounts or establish a presence in the travel industry
  • Coordinate with India technology/development team on changes and updates on the B2B or Corporate website
  • Propose and manage the marketing budget and expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Lead market research activities to acquire feedback and insights on clients and competitors.
  • Develop and manage the inventory of marketing collaterals and merchandise
  • Offer creative oversight for the design and production of all marketing collaterals
  • Prepare monthly reports and plans for the Marketing Manager and/or the Country Head
  • Ensure adherence to global brand guidelines in all marketing materials and activities
  • Provide market intelligence data useful for the management (competitor’s marketing activities, client behavior towards promos, etc.)
  • Lead and manage a group of telemarketing executives and utilize them to generate sales through phone calls and email.
  • Support the Training Officer by spearheading tele calling efforts to encourage agent attendance in product training and seminars
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Tasks not mentioned above can be delegated as applicable
Qualifications:
  • Graduate with a Bachelor/College Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related course
  • At least 2-year work experience at a supervisory or managerial level in a Marketing or Communication function.
  • Must be goal-oriented, self-confident, and with a positive and determined approach
  • Excellent project management, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Marketing Management, B2B/Corporate Sales, Events Management, and Business Development preferred.
  • Experience in handling a team/direct reports
  • Ability to interact and influence people at all levels of the organization
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
