Qualifications

• Lawyer
• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
• Adept in pleadings, litigation of cases, court proceedings and legal research
• With experience in contract management and other corporate related-works
• With knowledge on business due diligence, collection of debts
• With notarial commission as notary public
• Proficient in MS Office

Description of Works

• Manage the litigation of cases involving the company including representation or appearance as counsel for the company before courts, quasi-judicial agencies and other government agencies
• Drafts, Reviews and negotiates contracts and agreements involving the company
• Conducts business due diligence on clients with bad credit /accounts with company and provides comprehensive reports thereon
• Does collection of outstanding accounts including bad debts of clients and performs related activities
• Prepares collection reports
• Liaises with concerned Philippine government agencies including private entities or individuals relating to clients’ accounts with the company or any actions thereon
• Renders opinion on legal concerns
• Notarizes documents, contracts and similar agreements
• Performs such other works as may be assigned from time to time by superior

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
