- Lawyer
- Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
- Adept in pleadings, litigation of cases, court proceedings and legal research
- With experience in contract management and other corporate related-works
- With knowledge on business due diligence, collection of debts
- With notarial commission as notary public
- Proficient in MS Office
- Manage the litigation of cases involving the company including representation or appearance as counsel for the company before courts, quasi-judicial agencies and other government agencies
- Drafts, Reviews and negotiates contracts and agreements involving the company
- Conducts business due diligence on clients with bad credit /accounts with company and provides comprehensive reports thereon
- Does collection of outstanding accounts including bad debts of clients and performs related activities
- Prepares collection reports
- Liaises with concerned Philippine government agencies including private entities or individuals relating to clients’ accounts with the company or any actions thereon
- Renders opinion on legal concerns
- Notarizes documents, contracts and similar agreements
- Performs such other works as may be assigned from time to time by superior
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
