The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible in providing clerical and administrative support for the sales department of the company such as:

• Coordinating with sales team regarding their order requirement
• Preparing sales quotation in excel template
• Coordinate with Inventory Controller regarding stocks.
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinator regarding delivery charges.
• Booking of orders in the server
• Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year business course
• With at least 1 year work-related experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office Application especially in EXCEL
• Must be organized and keen to details
• Can start ASAP and willing to work in Makati City
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
