Bank Reconciliation Specialist (Clark - Onsite - Night Shift) | Sign On Bonus

The Remote Group is looking for a BANK RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST to join the team!
Position: Bank Reconciliation Specialist
Location: On-Site - Clark, Pampanga (Philippines-based, US Working Hours)
General Functions and Tasks
  • Audit reports for a given time period per client to check Data accuracy
  • Identify any inconsistencies with the data and fix as needed
  • Communicate with other departments (Processing, SD, Coding) to fix issues appropriate to their departments
  • Send Reports to Clients depending on their service agreement (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)
  • Answer Client questions based on the report sent
  • Update workflow document as needed or as changes occur depending on client demands/requests
  • Researching variances and resolving reconciliation issues with other departments especially on the Cash Management Team.

Requirements
  • Knows how to read Bank Statements
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Understanding of utility billing (US clients/accounts) is a plus
  • Background in Invoice processing
  • Advance Microsoft excel knowledge
  • Teamplayer (knows how to work with other departments)
  • Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
  • Must be willing to work night shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
