Job Title: Barista/Server
Location: Food Records Inc. Commissary (Commissary and Various Concepts)
Reports To: General Manager, Store Manager/Supervisor, Operations Staff
Job Overview:
As a Barista/Server, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere at our coffee shop while crafting delicious beverages and providing top-notch service to our guests. Barista/Servers will be assigned to specific concepts (e.g., Craft Coffee Shops, Casual Dining Restaurants, Takeout Restaurant Business, etc.) based on their skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
• Take customer orders, offer menu suggestions, and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, tables, and equipment.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to deliver food orders to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a barista or in a café setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specialty coffee drinks.
• Familiarity with food safety standards.
• Love for coffee and connecting with people.

Work Environment:
