Job Title: Bar Staff/Server
Location: Food Records Inc. Commissary (Commissary and Various Concepts)
Reports To: General Manager, Store Manager/Supervisor, Operations Staff
Job Overview:
As a Bar Staff/Server, you’ll bring our food and drink experiences to life with excellent customer service. You’ll be the friendly face that helps create a warm, inviting atmosphere in our bar, serving both beverages and light bites. Bar Staff/Servers will be assigned to specific concepts (e.g., Craft Coffee Shops, Casual Dining Restaurants, Takeout Restaurant Business, etc.) based on their skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) following recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and seating area.
• Assist with bar setup, restocking, and inventory management.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to deliver orders efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in food service or bartending.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and health & safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Knowledge of local beverage trends and products.
• A passion for food and drink!

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
