We are a new business processing outsourcing (BPO) firm based in Ortigas, a Filipino corporation. We’re starting with a small niche business supporting US Healthcare companies with back office operations. We are planning to partner with quickly growing US companies that need back office administrative support. Eventually we will also offer technical support assistance to the client’s staff.
Our first client is a quickly growing behavioral healthcare company that has the same owner as Liberty BPO. Behavioral Health Clinical Reviewer Role
The successful candidate will have a medical background and be interested in doing clinical reviews. This involves reviewing session notes from US-based staff for completion, and logging various indices of quality in tracking systems. Video footage of sessions will also be reviewed and data logged accordingly.
Specific duties:
● Review recorded video footage of client sessions in the US and log data in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
● Track session notes that need to be reviewed, taking ownership of the review process
● Follow-up with staff about incomplete session notes
● Log attributes of session notes in tracking systems
● Produce reports of aggregate session note quality data
● Compile quality improvement (QI) report data & work with colleagues to assemble reports
● Other administrative tasks
