Bookkeeper/Accounting Staff

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Commerce or equivalent.
- 1-3 years proven work experience as an Book keeper or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Accounting procedure and fillings.
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowlegable about Philippine taxation processing and filling
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills.
- Strong Computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Amenable to work onsite in Tayuman, Manila
