Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make order production and ensure the completeness and suitability with production planning
• Create Production Order (PRO) to make production run smoothly
• Create Technically Complete (TECO) to PRO that has been input by production
• Ensure completeness and suitability of PRO
• Monitor inventory during the production process, goods stored in the warehouse, as well as the incoming and outgoing goods
• Create Expedition Order Letter as a proof of expedition service request
• Responsible for Material Request Form for production
• Process daily production result report to daily work plan
• Maintenance and usage of facility and confidentiality of company data
• Responsible for system that run in working area

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course (Business-related)
• With at least 1 year related experience, preferably in an FMCG company
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP system
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Can effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
