DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for inventory planning, materials handling, and production scheduling based on sales forecasts or market demand.
• Monitors raw material availability in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
• Oversees proper warehousing and inventory control of raw materials, finished goods, traded products, factory supplies, and spare parts.
• Ensures optimal utilization of warehouse facilities.
• Coordinates with the Purchasing and Interface Departments to manage the receipt, transfer, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborates with the Marketing Department on sales forecast trends and performs necessary material and finished goods inventory planning.
• Plans production schedules and manages manufacturing activities through capacity planning.
• Analyzes the production plan, finished goods, raw material inventory levels, and sales forecasts.
• Develops and implements production schedules to set the sequence and lead times of plant operations, meeting delivery dates based on sales forecasts or customer orders, including production quantities and specifications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, production scheduling, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong understanding of production planning and capacity management techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams .
