BPO Process Trainer | US Retirement Experience | Onsite

Alabang

Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to train utilizing the following forums: classroom, on the job, remote learning/online courses, and train the trainer to transfer knowledge to internal and external clients.
  • Assists with determining training solutions, taking into account the most cost-effective method to achieve the desired results.
  • Works closely with both PH and US counterparts/stakeholders in implementing various training for new and existing products, systems, and processes.
  • Facilitates and works independently on occasions
  • Provide on-site support during on-the-job training for new hires after classroom training
  • Identifies key issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively works to implement changes that impact workflows and processes and include cost-saving initiatives. This includes identifying and communicating process changes that will impact the training modules.
  • Performs other duties as required by management.
Qualifications:
  • A college degree is required
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product/Process Trainer in a BPO industry
  • Must have experience in U.S. accounts, specifically in 401(k), rollovers, IRAs, and/or retirement plans.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is a major plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced organization, a plus
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules including graveyard, render OTs when needed, and work during PH Holidays
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (100% work in the office)
  • Must be available to start ASAP
