The position shall be in-charged of cash disbursements, booking arrangements and other tasks that will contribute to the smooth transaction flow of store operations.CASH CUSTODIAN

• Managing transactions with the customers using POS system and ensure that the pricing of each item/service inside the store are accurate
• Ensure the accuracy of data that has been input in the system; Ensure that the cash drawers are balanced and intact from the beginning and end of the shift.
• Receives payments in the form of cash or bank transfer for all merchandise, purchased/ rendered and issue invoices, refunds, and discounts.
• Prepares and performs cash and check deposits including issuance of Official Receipts and Sales Invoices
• Prepares the following report/s:
• Daily Sales Report \
• Manual book of accounts
• Online Order Monitoring

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT

• Treat customers with the utmost courtesy, and respect and provide relevant information about products and services
• Process item returns and check if items/products are damaged or expired
• Ensures that all orders inside the store and other online platforms such as Grab Mart are correct and fulfilled.
• Handle customer complaints and identify situations that require Store Manager operations
• Participate in store promotions, cross-sell products, and services.
• Collaborate with the other team members for assisting of customers related to accommodation and day care of pets.
• Help arrange/ fix store displays
• Asks customers for pet grooming if it is their first time having their pets groomed. If it is the first time, they will endorse the customer to the Groomer for proper briefing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least College Level/ Graduate of K-12
• At least one(1) year in the Retail Industry
• Has a good communication skills/ analytical skills
• With fondness of animals/pets
• Has knowledge in proper cash handling procedures, familiar and adept in POS Systems
• Willing to be assign in San Lorenzo Makati City
• Willing to start immediately
