Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Assist customers with account-related queries, including balance inquiries, account statements, and service changes.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare daily cash reports to ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity with banking software and cash register systems.
