Job Description:
In-charge of achieving collections productivity benchmarks and executing collection strategies that are following BSP and other regulatory entities.
Requirement/s:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in branch operations as a teller, new accounts, or cash custodian.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Time-management skills
- Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Handle transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and opening and closing of accounts.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift.
- Count and package coins and currency and turn in any excess or damaged currency to the head teller.
- Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
- Recording transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports.
- Communicating with other team members.
