1. Handles coordination/communication and liaises with government regulatory bodies, external legal business partners and other legal-related personalities.
2. Performs administrative tasks such as:
· Preparation of basic legal-related documents;
· Filing and organizing, safekeeping of legal documents, corporate documents, and correspondences;
· Maintain contact lists;
· Monitors deadlines;
· Manages calendars and appointments of the group.
3. Conducts documentary research if necessary.
4. Support the group’s activities and initiatives.
