Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s customer base and improve market share.
• Manage branch financials, including budgets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Must have at least 4 years experience as a Branch Manager in any financial institution, have a very strong sales and marketing orientation and knowledgeable in branch operations.

• This position will be working with a commercial bank in the Philippines.
• Working Set-up: Onsite

Pay: Php65,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
