Position: Branch Supervisor

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• a graduate of any 4 year college course.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

• Experience in the retail or service is an advantage

KEY RESULTS AREAS & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• In-charge of the over-all performance of the assigned branch.
• Drives and ensures the branch is hitting targets (sales and
• product performance).
• Ensures branch headcount is complete to perform daily sales.
• Performs training to new hire/s.
• In-charge of cash handling, including bank deposit transactions, ensures security and safety (sales, petty cash, change fund)clients by introducing selling techniques.disputes.(sales, deposit, petty cash,change fund, inventory of products, audit).and maintenance.
• Provides resolution in every client complaints, attract and retain
• Acts proactively in managing Employee Discipline, serves as a link between Management for any
• Ensures that reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner
• Conducts facilities management update and reporting for repairs
• Review attendance for timekeeping and payroll.

FUNCTIONAL TECHNICAL COMPETENCY:

• Knowledge in MS office operations: Excel, Word, Power point etc., and internet using corporate email. Strict in implementing policies/adherence to standards, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php14,040.00 per month
