Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
● Oversee and manage cash flow, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and other
financial metrics, and align these with the yearly show calendar defined with the
founder and director.
● Identify and expand on strategic growth opportunities, such as expansion to new
cities, optimization on costs, considering new venues, and more.
● Maintain, manage and nurture relationships with key team members and
stakeholders, such as the Marketing Manager, Event Manager, Ticketing Partner,
Venues and Orchestra.
● Set budgets, timelines, KPIs and monitor progress of marketing agency and
internal marketing efforts.
● Oversee and manage ticket sales performance per show, identifying optimization
opportunities, as ticket sales are the key KPI per show.
● Develop and maintain internal processes for operational efficiency and financial
tracking.
● Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment with the company’s
financial objectives.
● Report directly to the Director on financial performance and operational matters.
● Take responsibility and ownership over Film Concerts PH’s performance and
activity in the market.
Key Requirements:
● Proven experience in a managerial role with multi-disciplinary skills, preferably
within a startup or fast-growth environment.
● Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of cash flow management
and P&L oversight.
● Excellent leadership and decision-making skills to manage operations in a
fast-paced industry.
● Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally while staying focused on
budgetary and operational goals.
● Ability to work independently, while maintaining alignment with broader company
objectives.
● Excel skills required
● Familiarity with project management systems (Click Up is used internally)
Preferred Qualifications:
● 2+ years management experience in the events, music or entertainment industry,
at a start-up or in management consulting.
● Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
● Understanding of the Philippine market and business landscape.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
