Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers, by providing relevant information, demonstrating value proposition, and addressing their needs.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and showcase the organization's capabilities.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Actively engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure new business contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable terms for the company.
Networking and Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and relevant organizations to leverage synergies and foster business growth.
Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth targets and expand market reach.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate potential challenges.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales pipeline, and key performance indicators to management.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and senior management, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the relevant industry sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach
Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform business strategies
Knowledge in sales tools to manage leads and track performance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and market research.
