Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cadet Engineer to join our team in Davao City. The successful candidate will assist our Water Treatment Sales Engineers and also take on the role of Sales Engineer for Wastewater Treatment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop a career in the water treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Water Treatment Sales Engineers in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and provide technical support.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Promote and sell wastewater treatment solutions to new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement effective treatment systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Sanitary, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
Strong interest in water and wastewater treatment technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software is a plus.
Knowledge of Sketch Up is highly desirable.
Preference will be given to applicants based in Davao City.

Compensation:

Minimum salary with a meager allowance.
