Job Overview
As Campaign Deployment Specialist youll be supporting the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team (sitting in the global headquarters in Berlin, Germany) and be responsible for the deployment of CRM campaigns across countries and brands in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
In this role youll be focussing on duplicating and localizing campaign set-ups and be responsible for audience segmentation (using SQL), message creation (email, app, sms, etc.), journey set-up and all other tasks involved for successful campaign deployment in SFMC. Reviewing and doing quality assurance of campaigns will also be part of the job.
Job Description

• Duplicating multi-channel CRM campaign set-ups (e.g. email, app, sms, etc.) to other business units
• Setting up and localizing automation, journeys, messages and data extensions in SFMC
• Reviewing and testing that campaign setups work as expected (quality assurance)
• Monitoring the campaign send-out and flagging issues with the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team
• Following a defined quality assurance process & making sure that campaigns are deployed within the deadline
• Report on the project process to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team

What you'll bring:
1+ year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience having worked with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, sms, and other channels beneficial)
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
Good working knowledge of AMP Script
Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient with SQL
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize according to deadlines
Good communication and writing skills in English
