About the job:
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Campaign Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns that align with our brand strategy and drive audience engagement.
Key responsibilities:

- Social media strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Linked In, Instagram, X, Facebook, We Chat)
- Content creation: Work closely with our Campaign team to create high-quality, engaging content, including text, visuals, and videos, that resonate with our target audience.
- Community management: Actively engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online interactions.
- Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns for our initiatives.
- Analytics: Track and analyse social media performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support campaign objectives.
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B social media marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Native proficiency in English is a must.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and content management systems (CMS). Experience in paid social media advertising.

- Knowledge in SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Pardot).
- Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage, but not required
