Artillery Philippines is looking for a FULL-TIME Social Media and Community Manager for our global brand Learn to Draw Manga.
Mission:
Your mission is to handle the Learn to Draw Manga’s social media accounts: Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and Tik Tok to generate leads and build a stronger community.

Work Hours:

• Flex schedule (You can choose any time between 9 am - 12mn PHT but you have to indicate the times. Just make sure you can be present for meetings)

Responsibilities:

• Plan content calendar and posting strategy to promote Learn To Draw Manga
• Write captions and design mainly static posts for Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok that align with our brand and course offerings.
• Create engaging and informative content that showcases the "Learn to Draw Manga" course, including student work, tutorial highlights, and promotional material.
• Coordinate with Video Editors to plan, script, and edit short video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and Tik Tok to engage with our audience.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and course enrollment.
• Schedule and manage daily posts, ensuring consistent content delivery across all platforms.
• Foster a positive and supportive community by encouraging interactions and sharing user-generated content.
• Coordinate with other departments for potential content and scheduling of campaigns and announcements
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Assist in tracking links and conversion
• Network and manage potential brand partners and affiliates such as other manga You Tubers and pages

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection and own desktop/laptop.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Basic copywriting skills
• Proficiency in creating and editing visual content for social media, including static posts and short videos.
• Proven ability to create original artwork or anime/manga style; experience in manga or related art styles is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to develop innovative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage project schedules and multitask effectively.
• Can work under pressure and consistently meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Must love challenges and be committed to continuous self-improvement.
• At least 2 years of work experience in social media marketing or online marketing or lead generation.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications and other related fields

You will have a 3 - 5 month paid training/trial period. Compensation:

• Trial period: P22,000 - P25,000 per month
• After trial period: P25,000 - P30,000 per month
• Basic Benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and Philhealth Allowance
• 13th-month and midyear bonus
