Artillery Philippines is looking for a WFH Sales Representative for Online Courses!
Mission:
Your main mission is to hop on enrollment calls, qualify leads and close on the call, helping leads overcome their fears and roadblocks to further empower them as aspiring artists and calligraphers. You must be able to retain a 20% closing rate every month.

Requirements:

• Stable internet connection with own video camera & microphone
• An extrovert who feels energized talking to people
• Comfortable doing regular phone calls and online calls via Zoom
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work on at least 1 weekend (day off will be 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
• Work hours: 2pm - 11pm on weekdays. Weekend work time to be discussed.(Work hours may change after a few months)
• Excellent at multi-tasking
• Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys learning and problem solving
• Can work independently and with a team

Responsibilities:

• Close on Zoom sales calls
• Follow up with leads via call/chat/text
• Assist lead in tapbacks
• This includes calling, texting, chatting and emailing lost leads
• Assist with inquiries about our courses
• Assist in pre qualifying leads if necessary
• Maintain trackers and other reports as necessary

Nice to have:

• Sincere interest in arts/calligraphy
• Sales experience

• You get anxious when you talk to people on a call (whether one on one or in a group)
• You want a slow-paced, comfortable, repetitive job
• You have a hard time multitasking
• You easily get discouraged when things don't go as planned
• Sales goals and numbers stress you out

Compensation:
3-5 month training period:

• P18k - P30k (Base + Commissions)
• Basic Benefits such as SSS, Phil Health and PAG-IBIG
• 13th month bonus
• Mid-year bonus

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
