- Responsible for processing transactions accurately and providing excellent customer service. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless payment experience for our guests while maintaining the overall ambiance of our establishment.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle money and provide change in a precise and timely manner.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding menu items and pricing.
- Address any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and service attendants to ensure smooth service flow.
- Relay customer feedback to management to enhance service quality.
- Keep the cashier station organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
