As first point of contact for guests, provides exceptional customer service, manages reservations, and ensures a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. You will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the reputation of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Manage the flow of guests, ensuring a smooth seating process.
• Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain an organized reservation system.
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about the food court’s offerings, including menus and promotions.
• Liaise with vendors and kitchen staff to ensure guest needs are met.
• Keep the management informed of any issues or guest feedback.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and keep records of reservations.
• Assist with billing inquiries and processing payments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the reception area.
• Promote a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
