JOB SUMMARY
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, handling phone calls, and providing general administrative support. You will work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the retail store.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or administration is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Office environment.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
MENTAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
