Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Process credit and debit card transactions.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Prepare and package merchandise for customers as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in the checkout area.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Willing to be deployed in Gashapon Bandai SM MOA
