JOB SUMMARY:
As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting company personnel, including management, as well as equipment and materials to designated locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery and adherence to traffic regulations, while also maintaining the condition and cleanliness of assigned vehicles.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the HR Manager or its duly assigned representative
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, water samples, materials and equipment to various destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient travel.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery and pickup of samples, personnel, or any assigned tasks.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned vehicles, both inside and out.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Provide excellent service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities
• Maintaining record of runs or errands in itinerary
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety protocols.
• Required to report to work as necessary and mandated by the Management.
• Perform any other duties related to driving and transportation as assigned by the supervisor or management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With High School diploma or equivalent
• With at least one (1) year experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial or corporate setting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Excellent driving skills and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php645.00 per day
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
