- You will Operate a POS (Point Of Sale) system
- You handle all sales that pass through the POS and online sales devices
- You open, verify, close and endorse your station to succeeding shift.
- You know your menu and upsell
- You handle telephone operations
- You support Dispatching and Dessert Stations
- You support the dining function as needed
