Job brief
We are looking for a Cashier to manage all customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS System.
Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year experience as a cashier in food outlets.
Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers / POS.
• Ensure pricing is accurate.
• Very Knowledgeable in giving discounts like “senior discounts PWD discounts” etc.
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or correct change.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
• Bag, box or wrap packages.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Knowledgeable in bank transactions.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales.
• Basic PC knowledge and software programs like excel.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.
• Must live in Sta Rosa Laguna ( Nuvali Area)

Education

• Preferably 2-year college level in business course or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php560.00 per day
