Category Supervisor for Appliances
DIY Hardware, the fastest-growing home improvement center with over 75+ branches nationwide (Philippines), is seeking a talented Category Supervisor for Appliances to lead and grow our appliances category.
Your Role:

• Manage and expand the appliances category, working with suppliers and manufacturers to find the best products.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, securing the best deals.
• Develop and maintain purchase orders, inventory reports, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends and apply insights to make strategic buying decisions.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure orders are fulfilled, deliveries are on time, and stock levels are optimized.
• Oversee the entire supply chain for the category, solving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the inventory and stockroom teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assess the quality of stock received, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers and management.
• Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize category growth and profitability.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in category management, ideally with a focus on appliances.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
