Job description
DIY Hardware, the fastest-growing home improvement center with over 75+ branches nationwide (Philippines) is looking for a highly coordinated E-commerce Associate to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating Shopee/Tiktok accounts.
To ensure success as an e-commerce officer, you should remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in Shopee/Tiktok. Ultimately, a brilliant E-commerce officer will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall growth of Shopee/Tiktok accounts
• Create sales report for Shopee/Tiktok
• Joining Shopee/Tiktok campaigns
• Monitor and improve store layout and make sure they are always up to date
• Create vouchers and other marketing tools
• Uploading of products
• Monitor shop metrics and make sure they are all good
• Assist customer complaints and inquiries
• Monitor best selling items and slow moving items
• Reorder products
• create traffic to increase sales of Shopee/Tiktok accounts
• knowledgeable in photoshop, editing
• monitoring of products in Excel
• Initiatives to increase e-commerce sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing Shopee Mall stores
• Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
