Background of e-commerce: Home de Luxe is the leading online bedding brand in the e-commerce space in the Philippines. We are present on Lazada, Shopee and Zalora, and are growing our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and other channels. Our e-commerce team is energetic, smart and ambitious. Our founder is a graduate at Wharton Business School in the US, and featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2022 and works directly with the e-commerce team.
Primary responsibilities:
· Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet sales target for Lazada and Shopee store
· Sign up for events with pricelist and promo tools
· Work with graphics team to build marketing collaterals
· Customer chat for day-to-day customer questions
· Manage marketing ads for store, Tiktok, facebook and IG
· Set effective ads to drive sales and optimize ROI
· Day-to-day ecommerce store operations, incl. customer services and returns, managing product listings, promotions, etc
· Willing to do livestreaming for brand on Lazada/Shopee
· Collaborate with warehouse team for shipping on time, returns and refunds, etc
· Deal with any conflicts or issues quickly
· General day to day tasks as required and needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
