We are present on Lazada, Shopee and Zalora, and are growing our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook and other channels. Our e-commerce team is energetic, smart and ambitious. Our founder is a graduate at Wharton Business School in the US, and featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in 2022 and works directly with the e-commerce team.
The Sales and Marketing Associate will support the sales and marketing team in achieving business objectives. This role involves boosting sales, assisting with various sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, sales support, market research, and promotional campaigns. The Sales and Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with the team to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:

• Boost sales
• Assist in lead generation activities by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and qualifying leads.
• Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and coordinating sales meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, social media content, and email marketing.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, or conferences to promote the company's products or services.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and emerging marketing and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing, or internships in related fields, is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
