The Catering Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing catering events while managing staff and collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs.
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in catering management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in catering management software and MS Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

• May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed for event setups.
