Central Control Room Operator

- Operate feed mill batching equipment, receiving and load out equipment, micro ingredient addition and grinding equipment.
- Maintain inventory at desired levels.
- Understand the process and the flow of ingredients and feeds.
- Maintain equipment on a regular schedule to avoid breakdown and anticipate and plan for major overhauls requiring shutdown.
- Adhere to plant operational procedures for production goal achievement and handle work safely.
- Gain awareness of system operating requirements and trends and suggest operating adjustment suggestions.
- Manage electrical and mechanical equipment and facilities with the competency of a plant operator.
- Conduct emergency operations for electric service and protecting station equipment.
- Reply to production floor requests and machine stoppage alerts.
- Oversee productions and process key metrics for operating plant machinery within parameters.
- Assess machine logs and support Maintenance to troubleshoot.
- Fulfill all reporting and record-keeping requirements.
- Ensure the Quality standard are achieved.
- Prepare daily report for Feed mill and submit every end of the shift.
- Monitoring storage conditions to ensure that products do not spoil or become infested with insects or other pests.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the control room.
- Executes, according to the safety procedures, the necessary precautions and lockouts.
- Ensure that physical and theoretical stocks used in the Feed mill tally. Raw Materials in and Finish Product out.
- Participate in continuous improvement process and developing standard operating procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good accounting and numerical and scientific ability.
- Keen eye for detail. Identify problem areas.
- Willing to learn and be part of a continuous improvement plan, individually and corporately.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 5+years of plant operations experience.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
