Job Summary:
Responsible for developing the professional capabilities of Product Specialists & Professional Medical Representatives, to enable them to effectively & efficiently implement sales activities and programs in order to ensure that individual territory & overall sales district business goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of any 4-year course. (Business or Medical Science).
· Good communication (oral and written), presentation and persuasion skills.
· With a minimum 5 years of work experience as a District Sales Manager.
· Recognized for District Sales Management
· Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
· Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
