Job Summary:
The HR Specialist is responsible in managing the daily HR activities which incudes the following; recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee/labor relations, admin.
Requirements:

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any of its equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years experience in the same field.
• Familiar in end to end recruitment, compensation and benefits and employee/labor relations.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly analytical and results driven.
• Very organized and keen to details.
• Creative, resourceful and passionate.
• Can start immediately upon notice.
• Must be a resident or willing to be assigned in San Juan (near Greenhills).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
