HR and Admin Specialist

Job Qualifications
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & HR Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative and human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and providing comprehensive support to our employees. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple responsibilities, and committed to maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Assist with setting up and managing internet services for employee condos and support move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all related paperwork is processed correctly.
§ Support the processing of reimbursements for office-related expenses, including internet fees, phone charges, rent, utilities, and parking. Help manage monthly utility and internet bill payments for employee condos.
§ Aid in recruiting tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and paperwork. Assist with employee training programs, address HR inquiries.
§ Assist with planning and coordinating employee events, manage company shirt (uniform) orders, and support general office tasks like filing and data entry. Maintain accurate records for HR activities, financial transactions, and employee condos.
§ Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Assist with audits and internal reviews.
§ Act as backup for reception tasks such as providing professional assistance to employees, visitors, and clients, handle inquiries, manage calls, and oversee general office operations. Assist in coordinating deliveries, reservations, meeting room bookings, and manage supplies for meetings and events. Assist with mail distribution, phone billing, and facility management tasks.
§ Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by head of the department.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2-years work experience in administrative and HR roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
