Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and their team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a fast-paced environment, anticipate the needs of the executive team, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist with various projects, including planning offsite events, logistical arrangements, and data analysis.
  • Calendar and Email Management: Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and respond to emails on behalf of the executive as needed.
  • Team Management: Oversee and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. Coordinate team meetings and agendas.
  • Task Management: Create, manage, and track to-do lists for the executive and team members.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop new systems or templates to streamline workflows.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to the customer success and sales teams as needed.
  • Executive Support: Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data, create reports, and provide insights.
Do you have what it takes to be our Chief of Staff?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Empathy, intuition, and the ability to sense and address potential issues proactively.
  • Ability to navigate and manage up, effectively communicating with senior executives
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Must be presently residing in the Philippines.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a commitment to U.S. hours. The role requires 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to adapt as needed to meet business demands.
