Chief Medical Technologist

- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
- Must be a Registered Medical Technologist
- Drug Analyst is an advantage
- With work experience (preferably as a Generalist: rotation in CC, Hema, CM/Para & Sero)
- Has excellent phlebotomy skills
- Preferably has managerial experience & decision-making skill
- Highly efficient, can multitask and can handle a great amount of workload (processing of samples plus paperwork)
- Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment; has attention to detail
- Able to work competently with minimal supervision
- Approachable, courteous, and has integrity
- Organized and able to delegate tasks and oversee clinical laboratory staff
