JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with administrative tasks by composing and revising emails, creating memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the supervisor
• Coordinating meetings, which involves setting the schedule, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary
• Managing the supervisor's schedule, which includes setting appointments and prioritizing critical issues
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Handling minor accounting responsibilities
• Handling incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Serving as the main link between supervisors, staff, clients, and other external partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration Management or equivalent, allied medical course
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Must have excellent written, and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Must have a high level of integrity, especially in handling confidential data and information
• Must demonstrate a high level of business acumen and familiarity with the different departments and units within the organization.

• Good leadership skills and supervisory practices
• Create solutions to complex problems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Laboratory research principles
