Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments, issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. Providing customer satisfaction.
Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and answering any inquiries. Scheduling appointments and keeping those appointments on time. Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the clinic
• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts after receiving payments
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Maintain clean and tidy cashiers area
• Track and record transactions and report any discrepancies
• Bag, box, or wrap purchased items
• Perform other functions as assigned by the clinic manager when needed

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree in any course
• Good communication skills
• Pleasing personality
• Experience as a cashier
• Experience as a Clinic Receptionist is preferred but not required
• Knowledge and familiarity with the use of POS/Cashiering System (is an advantage)
• Willing to work in Robinsons Galleria
• Willing to work Monday to Friday
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
