Position Overview: We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive patient experience. This role requires a commitment to patient care, clinical proficiency, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and offer treatments according to hospital protocols and standards.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Address patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines.
• Relevant clinical experience is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high standards of care.

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
