The Group Lead / Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Utilization Management Team. This role ensures that the team meets or exceeds performance metrics and adheres to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilization management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:

• Must be Philippine REGISTERED NURSE.
• Experience as Team Lead/Supervisor for a BPO Healthcare Account.
• With Clinical Denials and/or Utilization Management Experience.
• Amenable to work in night shifts at Mc Kinley Hill, Taguig.
• Amenable to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Monitor and manage team performance metrics, quality scores, and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and conduct training sessions to improve the team’s knowledge and skills in utilization management.
• Ensure that all interactions are professional, empathetic, and aligned with the company’s service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and attendance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
