Job Description
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the health and well-being of employee within our company, which includes Health Assessment, Occupational Health, Medical Treatment, Health Promotion, Return-to -work management, Medical Advice, and Emergency.
Essential duties include:
1. Health assessment and screening (PEME) evaluation, to ensure empolyees are fit to work or meet job-related health requirements.
2. Assessing and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, evaluate and treat work- related injuries, illnesses and conditions, providing medical support and ensuring employees return to work safely.
3. Health monitoring and advising on workplace safety
4. Health education and promotion
5. Compliance with regulations with local health and safety laws or occupational health regulations.
6. Handling Medical Emergencies, repond to workplace medical emergencies and providing initial treatment or referrals to specialized care when needed.

Job Description

Qualifications
- Medical Degree and Medical License
- First aid, Emergency Response Training
- Specialization in Occupational Medicine with Certificate (optional but recommended)
- Workplace Experience (Medical clinic /hospital experience)
- Knowledge of workplace laws and safety regulations
- Clinical/Medical expertise
- Occupational Health Knowledge
- Health Risk Assessment
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability to assess medical situations quickly and make informed decisions, particularly in emergencies or workplace-related illnesses.
- Communication skills - clear and compassionate communication with employees, management, and healthcare providers.
- Health promotion and disease prevention
- Ability to provide advice/medical advice or initial support for stress, anxiety, or other mental health concerns in the workplace
- Legal and ethical knowledge - familiarity with occupational health, laws, workers' compensation, medical confidentiality, and ethical medical practices.
- Experience in primary care, workplace health programs, and health safety standards.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
